The Simply Construction Group was set up in 2008 by Helen and Rob Wood who sought to professionalise the stressful and disorganised construction industry. Initially setting up the brand Simply Extend, the Simply Construction Group has grown to include Simply Loft, Simply Basement and Simply Architects. We are the leading provider of domestic construction projects across London with thousands of happy clients.

Each of our projects, regardless of them being loft conversions, home extensions or basement conversions, come with a ten-year warranty following project completion. Our building teams are held to the highest standards, with our customer service team checking in regularly with both our builders and our individual clients weekly. We have hundreds of positive reviews on our TrustPilot profiles and Google listings that are testament to the outstanding work we provide.

We have an experienced set of surveyors who visit our client’s properties and provide our detailed, fixed fee quotes free of charge and without any obligation. Behind the scenes we have a full team of Operation Managers, Area Managers and professionals who help make the Simply Construction Group deliver the best service in the industry.
