Underneath the Simply Construction Group umbrella, we have a collection of building teams who have been fully vetted, tested and approved by our managing director. Our builders are the best in the industry, with many years of experience in building home extensions, loft conversions and basement conversions. Each team is managed by our Customer Service Team, with regular daily check-in calls and monthly site checks. If a client has voiced a concern or issue, our team deals directly with the builders, with each project having a dedicated Project Manager to discuss concerns and solve issues.

When we work with approved contractors, we have a tight contract between us, our builders and our clients to ensure clarity and efficiency from all parties. If you want to know more about your specific building team, we have many references for each team that you can contact and discuss the high quality of their work. We pride ourselves on only using the best builders in the business!

Each of our services begin with a free site survey by one of our experienced surveyors, who will provide you with a free, no obligation quotation for your project. They will discuss all of your questions and queries and take into account any specific features you would like to have in your project. Once you are happy with the proposed plans and costs, we will then sign a contract with you. You will be assigned a building team and Project Manager, who will contact you to set up an initial meeting prior to any construction work beginning.

During this time, our architects will work on your architectural plans and building regulations, unless you already have architectural drawings. You will need to obtain a Party Wall Agreement as we do not get involved in this process at this current time, however we have lots of advice on our blog and FAQ pages. When your architectural plans and structural plans are completed, they will be passed to your building team who will begin the construction phase of the build at the date you have confirmed upon signing the contract with us.

Throughout the design and construction phases, you will be supported by our Customer Service Team who are on hand to help you with anything you should need. After your project is completed, you will be issued a completion certificate and given your ten-year warranty package. During the time stated in your warranty package, we will be on hand to help you with any maintenance issues that result from your building project.
